Sandy Billabong - continued

There where quiet a few Intermediate Egret around, and what i suspect was a large nest towards the back of the billabong



One Egret made a nice size catch.



With a sudden splash an Azure Kingfisher appeared on a brach above me.



Scanning the water below it looks for its next catch.



A quick dive and viola! What a catch! A very happy Azure kingfisher and one very happy photographer!



Along with the water python i almost stepped on, Sandy Billabong was thriving with all types of wildlife.
